B1 COMMUNITY TEACHERS

Aida Bielkus PhD, Founder, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher
With a PhD in Psychology from California Southern University and a BA in Theatre Studies from Boston University, Aida is a Senior Health Coach, Health Coach Trainer and Yoga Teacher at B1 Community. Aida is passionate about the combination of athletic training, mindfulness and spiritual development found in Power Vinyasa Yoga. This passion has led her to complete a Power Vinyasa Teacher Training. She continues to study with various master yoga teachers. Aida likes to challenge her students and guides them to find compassion within. Aida’s PhD research confirmed a direct link between an older adult’s spiritual well being and their overall well-being. As a yoga teacher Aida observes the release of feelings at the body level. As a health coach she guides students through The B1 Process™ to process those feelings; helping people make healthy changes. Aida brings amazing listening skills, clarity and truth to her coaching clients. Her two children fill her home with joy and laughter. They live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

Having learning experiences at women’s schools – first at Dana Hall School and then continuing at Wellesley College to receive a BA in Economics, Vyda knows well the importance of being in supportive environments for personal growth. She conceived the idea of B1 Community to be centers for learning and connection both in person and virtually. Vyda is a Yoga Alliances certified yoga teacher at the 500 hour level.  As a yoga teacher she enjoys helping people explore new aspects of their bodies, minds, spirits and hearts.  As a Senior Health Coach and Trainer, Vyda brings forth the dynamic of intuitive change.
