Coaching Skills for Effective Communications
4 Week Module: 60 minutes/class 

The words that you use in communicating everyday either empower you or hinder your success. Learn to re-language yourself by using words that are empowering because they bring you to a place of decision making and decisive choice. Instead of being stuck and not knowing what to say, learn to speak with authority and by doing so become a person who solves problems on the spot. Direct questioning, problem solving, using your intuition is possible when you start to observe and take action on your own resistance to change. In this program you will learn effective communications and how to make a clear choice.

Learn the Practice of Meditation
4 Week Module: 60 minutes/class 

The B1 Meditation Class is designed to teach you the basics of how to meditate in today’s culture, which will then help you adopt a practice of daily meditation. B1 Meditation training is based on the work of Herbert Benson MD, Relaxation Response and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi who introduced Transcendental Meditation (TM) to the US. TM is practiced twice a day, everyday for 20 minutes each time with a Mantra (a short sound). This is the recommended program in order to reap health benefits such as reduction of stress, improve blood pressure and a many other health benefits.  You will need to commit to 2, one-hour group classes and 2 one-hour classes with a 20 minute group meditation followed by a question and answer period.

Yogic Lifestyle Support Group for Weight Loss
4 Week Module: 60 minutes/class

The first rule of yoga is “Do No Harm.” Weight gain is harming you physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually. You can learn what has to be released in your life and how to access your healthy optimal self by coming together to explore with other committed participants.  
Discussion topics change weekly and are selected from participants’ requests. Topics include: resistance to change, how to start, how to deal with sabotaging behavior, managing external influences etc.  Join these dynamic groups and learn what is holding you back from change. Groups are small as interactions are key. Start now to see immediate changes in your wellbeing and life.

Healthy Foundations: The 4 Quadrants of Health: Rest, Activity, Nutrition, Detox
4 Week Module: 60 minutes/class

Did you every wonder why you cannot motivate yourself to get to the gym or even go for a walk? It could be because the REST quadrant is out of balance. Or, have you noticed that you need more and more sugar or salt to taste anything? It could be because additives have so dominated our palates that our taste buds are not functioning. Do you know what to do to Detox when you take in too much, or even a little, refined grains, sugar or alcohol? Learn what to do about pertinent and often annoying situations by learning simple, yet very effective solutions from the 4 Quadrants of Health - Rest, Activity, Nutrition, and Detox.

Class Registration Information:

All Classes run for 4 consecutive weeks.  Individual class sessions are 60 minutes.  Classes are $25/each or $90/module

All classes are virtual by telephone conference call, or OVO, video conferencing through your computer. Let us know your preference and we will try to accommodate your needs.
